@Sabbigeri

One of our customer reported that millions of install counts have been missing. Now we understand why it happened. But the customer clearly wants to know what applications are installed in their estate including freeware's/components, unfortunately since the evidence are 'ignored', respective applications have been also unlinked. So there is no way we can get this data any more.

But as part of SAM, managing freeware/components also essential, so how can we achieve this or help the customer to get this information of freeware/components installations now?

Regards

Hi @santmule ,

The standard criteria used for removal of applications is mentioned in the below community pages,

https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-Content-Blog/UPDATE-Content-Change-Notification-Technopedia-and-ARL/ba-p/176606

https://community.flexera.com/t5/Data-Platform-Knowledge-Base/Technopedia-Software-Eligibility/ta-p/548

Regarding Starter Database, Out of 11 applications of starter database , we have already removed 7 Applications and rest 4 versions of Starter database will be taken care in February last week ARL release.

We are going to publish next set of 'to be deleted' applications sometime soon on the community page.
