Content Change Notification - IBM partnership with Breakwater and publisher name change

IBM has established a new partnership with Breakwater solutions. They have transitioned IBM StoredIQ, IBM StoredIQ for Legal, IBM StoredIQ InstaScan, and the IBM Atlas suite of products to Breakwater [1].

Flexera content libraries will be changed to reflect the new Publisher name. The attached file shows the 27 products where the publisher name will be changed from IBM to BreakWater.

These changes are expected to be part of the ARL  release on February 25th 2022.
