This post is an update regarding the FlexNet Embedded Licensing 2020 R3 SP2 release schedule change, announced in the previous post.
During the testing of the new release, we identified product regressions that could lead to performance issues. In the interest of our customers, we agreed to move the release to in order to address these issues. The issue fixes will require more testing time than estimated, to validate all use cases and ensure no other regressions are introduced.
If the testing delivers the results we anticipate, the target release date for FlexNet Embedded 2020 R3 SP2 client kits and the local license server is November 7, 2020.
