FlexNet Embedded 2019 R2 SP3 is available for download from our Flexera Product and License Center. 

This service pack is for the FlexNet Embedded Local License Server (LLS) only. It addresses intermittent start up issues with the local license server. Also with this service pack, we've certified support for the local license server to run on the RedHat 8 and CentOS 8 platforms.
