FlcCommDoHttpGet API missing in new library

Hi,

I am updating my Flexnet C client library from 2019 to 2022.09.

However, it looks like FlcCommDoHttpGet API from FlcComm.h got removed in between. 

Is there any alternative API that I can use? I use this API to validate Server status and SSL verification.
