There is an error during the startup of the LLS

06:07:09,662 INFO main Starting FlexNet License Server 2019.05 (build 248914)
06:07:09,663 INFO main Copyright (C) 2013-2019 Flexera Software LLC.
06:07:09,664 INFO main All Rights Reserved.
06:07:09,664 INFO main Running as a console session
06:07:39,553 ERROR main Trust break detected at startup time:Anchors not initialized
06:07:50,568 INFO main Updated license server instance XXXXXXXXXXXX is ready

Have this error further down:

06:09:30,464 INFO srvpool-45 [request] Received one valid feature in license update
06:09:30,648 ERROR srvpool-45 [request] Trust failure: Unable to update hidden anchor.
06:09:30,668 WARN srvpool-45 REST API bad request: LicenseFulfillmentService capability session failed
06:09:30,676 WARN srvpool-45 Resolved [com.flexnet.lm.FlxException: LicenseFulfillmentService capability session failed]

And when capability request is fired

06:10:24,464 INFO srvpool-25 BadCapRequestException Unable to process capability request: Trusted Storage broken, backup/restore exploit detected
06:10:24,465 WARN srvpool-25 Resolved [com.flexnet.glservice.exceptions.f: Trusted Storage broken, backup/restore exploit

Any clues on what might have caused the issue and how to recover from it?

HI @sunilbond ,

Are you using the LLS on Windows or Linux?  Do you have secure anchoring enabled?  Please submit a support ticket so that someone can work with you directly to resolve the issue.

Thanks,
