Discussion

FlexNet Connect can be accessed via the Product and License Center. This center allows you to:

• Download products.
• Download related product files.
• View details about products and files that have been downloaded from this site.

Note: You can create a new user account, as long as you have your Account ID and Product Serial Number . This information is listed in the Order Confirmation email that would have been forwarded to the person who purchased the product. If you do not currently have access to the confirmation email, please contact your company's purchasing agent.

To create a new user account in the Product and License Center:

1. Visit the Product and License Center Login Web site.
2. Click the Join New Account link. This will open the Join New Account page.
3. Complete the form and click the Submit button.

Upon completing this procedure:

1. A user account in your name is added to the Product and License Center.
2. An email containing your Product and License Center Login ID and Password is delivered to the email address you provided in the Join New Account form.

To access the FlexNet Connect download via the Product and License Center:

1. Login to the Product and License Center.
2. Select the applicable product version from the Product and File Downloads list.
3. Select the product or file you wish to download.
4. Click the link on the FTP Download button or select one of the Advanced Download Options.

Additional Information

The FlexNet Connect SDK's (both Java and Windows) can also be downloaded by logging into the FlexNet Connect Publisher site (https://publisher.flexnetoperations.com). The download links will be listed under the Start page.
