FLEXNET-ID-ALA-8626 Does not Work with Windows 11 Pro, Ver. 23H2
I have a FLEXNET-ID-ALA-8626 that cannot be detected by Windows 11 Pro, Ver. 23H2. Someone at Revenue suggested installing a dongle driver. However, those drivers are not accessible to everyone, and I am not allowed to access them. Then, another employee at Revenue suggested installing Sentinel® LDK Runtime Environment Installer GUI for Windows. That also did not work.
Is there someone at Flexera or Revenue who knows how to fix this bug? Please do not answer if you do not have a clue or are unable to give detailed instructions. I need a solution, not a useless opinion.
