We designed our community and product downloads to ensure security, the privacy of customer company data, and to allow for management of license use. We have four-levels of permissions to meet these standards. Each permission level offers access to a variety of community features.

Permission Levels

  1. General User: Any individual who registers for the community is granted general user access

  2. Customer/Partner: Any individual who registers for the company and includes their account and product ID (available in the order confirmation). If you do not have this at the time of registration, email support@flexera.com to associate your account.

  3. Product and License Center (PLC) User: These are customer or partner users who have access to the Product and License Center. They had submitted a request for approval and the PLC Administrator has granted permission.

  4. Product and License Center (PLC)  Administrator: These customer or partner users have access to all community areas and the Product and License Center. They are responsible for granting other users permission to download the licenses.

Hi,

How does access to the Partner Portal tie in here?

Best regards,

Markward

Ah, yes - that is indeed an additional permission level. It isn't connected with PLC level access but instead is an offshoot of the customer/partner level. I will update by next week. Thanks, Markward!

I would require Administrator access level to the NIH support tickets.
