@gliu , is this script supposed to solve this issue of the config failing at that step?

If so, what are the steps to get this working?

Some lines in the script specify a login name/password, do I need to set these?

Please provide some guidance here.

I'm seeing this issue when installign 5.5.48 in my lab environment.

thanks!

@jasonlu ,

I just updated the instructions in the KB article.

You don't need to set the name/password in the script, the script will pull the username/password from the User Console/Config/NBI.Configuration.config file directly.

,When executing the script I'm getting the error:

The code execution cannot proceed because

VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

Can you identify the prerequisite I need to install for this?

@gliu ,

I found this installer

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685

Installed this then proceeded with your steps, and have successfully gotten past that step.

This is on a Windows Server 2022 standard OS.
