Title: .Net Framework 4.72 Requirement
Scenario: If after upgrading to 5.5.60 or higher and you cannot proceed on the User Console configuration wizard with the error message "Connect attempt to Data Platform service failed" - Please upgrade to .Net Framework 4.72.
Customers who have not already upgraded to .Net Framework 4.72 should do so as some of the new capabilities required to support SAML 2.0 require it.
