To update your service account password steps are as follows:
1)Run the data platform config wizard located in <Data Platform Install folder>/Bin
Use Existing objects ,update the password for the required account at all places on the wizard and perform test connection at all places were you see an option.
Execute it all the way to the end. Ensure it completes without error. If there are any errors, please do not proceed to next step.
2)Run User console config wizard located in <User Console Install folder>/Bin
//Same set of instructions as Point 1)
3)Once both wizards are complete, login to Data Platform Admin UI (with new password)--> Preferences --> BDNA User Console.
Update the password here as well. Perform a Test connection. Once successful , please click "Save".
This completes the password update.
