Question: I can’t subscribe. I don’t see the option.
Probable Issue: User doesn’t see option in 3 vertical dot menu (subscribe, bookmark, etc) – they need to sign-in.
Response: I apologize for the issues. Oftentimes, the issue is due to the whether a user is signed in. Can you confirm that you were signed in to the community when you tried to subscribe for updates? You will see if you are signed in by looking at the upper right hand corner of your screen (on desktop) and you’ll see an avatar. If you see “Sign In” you are not logged in. Please sign-in and try to subscribe again.
