About Product and License Center Administration
About Product and License Center Administration
Access to the Product and License Download Center (PLC) is managed by a company's PLC admin. This is typically the individual listed on the order confirmation email.
How does administration work?
- The administrator will receive an email anytime a user requests access to their PLC instance
- The administrator needs to sign-in and access the Product and License Center User Administration (located under the Get Support menu)
- In the “Fulfill Download access requests they’ll see the pending request and have to click on the “Approve” button (or Deny if the requestor shouldn’t be granted acces).
- Note - an email is NOT sent to the user requesting the access. We recommend Administrators email their colleague to notify them they have access.
If an Administrator Leaves
Our support team can update an organization's account. Please email support with the request to update.
How to Find the PLC Administrator Name
The Company PLC Admin users can be found in the PLC User related list in SalesForce.
