[Resolved] Incident notification - Flexera Community sign-in problems

Update at 12pm PST on Sep 14, 2021: We believe this issue is resolved. Please reach out to Flexera Support by email support@flexera.com in the event you experience any other login issues relative to the below error. 

Update at 1am PST on Sep 14, 2021: Reports have been received indicating that this issue is still affecting some users.

Update at 12pm PST on Sep 13, 2021: A change has been applied which we believe will stop this issue occurring.

Some users are currently unable to sign in to access resources including Flexera Community, Ideas and Learning Center. Affected users received an "attempt to de-reference a null object" error message like the following when signing in:


Technical teams are engaged and investigating.

In the meantime, you may be able to work around the issue by using an incognito browser window, clearing browser cookies, or using a different browser.

I had the same issue this morning - resetting my password solved it.
