UPDATE 20:00 UTC: Flexera Community Case Portal access is fully restored. Flexera Software Community Case Portal access issues are still being resolved. 

We have received reports from customers that they are unable to access the case portal. Our team is currently investigating if maintenance to the case portal over the weekend is the cause of the issues. We are working to confirm the root cause and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Once we have more information about the status of the case portal outage, we will update this post.
