[Resolved]: Load More fails on knowledge base landing pages

Summary

Product knowledge base pages are experiencing an issue with loading more articles. 

Symptoms

The Load More button fails to load articles on the product knowledge base page. Users will then see the following message:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a product's knowledge base site
2. Scroll to the bottom of the recent article list
3. Click the Load More button

Workaround

Instead of scrolling through knowledge base articles, please execute a search for the knowledge base article. This will bypass the Load More option.
