[Resolved]: Issue with Case Comment Notifications


The fix has been verified and is now in the community. Customers will now received notifications of case comment updates by the Support team.

There is a known issue with cases where notifications are not being sent to customers when new case comments are created by the technical support team. A fix will be deployed during the weekend of February 17th. Until then, the support team will be sending emails, instead of posting case comments to notify customers of updates.
