We've received reports of cases not being displayed on the case portal and some customers not being able to sign in after the enhancements announced on this post : Enhancements to Support Case Portal.
Our Community site and IT teams are working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible. We will provide an update once a fix has been deployed.
