We have received reports from customers that they are unable to access the case portal. Our team is currently investigating if maintenance to the case portal, conducted over the weekend, is the cause of the outage. We are working to confirm the root cause and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Once we have more information about the status of the case portal outage, we will update this post.
