Enhancements to Support Case Portal
On Friday, March 20th we will be releasing enhancements to the Flexera Software Case Portal. These enhancements include:
- The Get Support > My Cases menu option will be renamed to Get Support > Case Portal
- The case portal menu option now redirects to the url: https://flexeracommunity.force.com/Community/s/caselists
- The case portal theme will match the theme of our main community pages
- 'View my company cases' is now the default setting for all customers. No more having to go into the filter to enable this view.
NOTE: These changes should have no impact on your ability to view and open support cases. Except for the menu option being renamed and the new look, the user experience remains the same.
