[COMPLETED]: Flexera Software Community Scheduled Maintenance – May 8, 2020

Flexera will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Case Portal to resolve the issue with the product version pick-list. See the previous post here for more information. This maintenance will occur between 13:30 - 15:30 UTC (8:30 - 10:30 AM CDT).

We expect no impact on your ability to submit support cases; however, should you experience problems access the Case Portal or submitting a ticket, please know you can reach out to the Support team by phone. We appreciate your patience as we strive to give you a pleasant user experience.
