How to View All Cases from Your Company

If your account is tied to a company with a maintenance contract, you have permissions to view cases you submitted. 

To Filter by Status

  1. Go to the  "My Cases" screen.
  2. Click on the "Filter" button
  3. Check the "All Company Cases" checkbox
  4. Click on the "Apply Filters >" button
