If your account is tied to a company with a maintenance contract, you have permissions to view cases you submitted. If you have supervisory access, you can also view all cases submitted by your organization.
To View All Cases
Go to the "Get Support" menu - it will be near the middle of the screen. Select "My Cases"
Select the vertical dot menu and select "all cases"
To Request Permissions to View All Cases
If you do not have access to all cases, please open a case to request access.
