Serial number for legacy product
Hello.
I am dependent on a legacy InstallShield product to provide services to my main client - namely InstallShield 12 Professional.
I purchased this legacy product and a maintenance plan in 2014, and I have recently had a hardware failure. On launching the product now, I am asked to authorise it, but my serial number is not being accepted.
My order details are:
Order Number: SSF-0000198699
InstallShield 12 Professional (Windows) + InstallShield Professional Gold Mtn
Account Id: MOA-000628711
Could you please advise on how to go about obtaining a new Serial Number, or reset the existing one?
