Account ID and Product ID for InstallShield Pro 2016
I signed up for an account without entering Account ID and Product ID, which is required to open a support case. No one here has a clue about an "order confirmation email", which apparently is the source of this information. I do have a serial number/order number, activation code, fulfillment ID, and Reference Number. I would really like to open a support case. How can I do that?

We sent out user names for the new community a few weeks ago. Your user name is tbomgardner. I just sent you a reset on your password. If you have a valid maintenance plan, you should be able to open cases once you have logged in by clicking on the Get Support menu above and choosing Open New Case.
