Usage
- Open a web browser and navigate to
https://support.brainwaregroup.com/tools/analyzer - Click on the appropriate Dropper icon to open a file browser or drag and drop a file from your explorer onto the Dropper icon
- Navigate through the machines, files, scan data, ...
Detailed Information
This section explains some specialties of the Analyzer
- Columbus
- You can navigate through machines and folders to get to the needed files
- Registry Files are shown as a tree like in regedit - you can search for keys and values using the web browsers search function
- Errors and warnings are highlighted automatically in the log files and additionally the Error button can be used to only show the errors and warnings of a document
- Memory logs are graphically visualized. All figures of a process are summarized in one graphic but you can disable and enable figures by clicking on the legend above (e.g. Handles is disabled in the following picture). Furthermore you can copy the graphics into the clipboard or into a file by right clicking the graphic.

- License files are formatted into tables and the following things are highlighted (expired=red, FullUpdate=orange, production=green/orange)

- Inventory files are also formatted into lists and tables showing also the amount of entries in a list

- System Information shows a summary of the information extracted from the file on the main screen
- If you then click on the Details button you will get more information about the services and exception log entries

Dear Flexera - Spider Colleagues,
could You please update this Knowledge Base Article since the URL is not working anymore?
If You could also include a short description how the .swrd log files could be read / opened on the Spider servers, this would be really helpful in investigating some errors.
