SQL server, database(s) contained in Always On Availability group

Summary

The setup warns you about one or more of your databases being part of an "Always On Availability" group.

Symptoms

The setup warns you about one or more of your databases being part of an "Always On Availability" group.


Cause

If one or more of the databases that are being updated are part of an "Always On Availability" Group, the setup cannot make necessary changes to it/them.


Resolution

Remove the database(s) from the "Always On Availability" Group. After the installation has finished you can add the database(s) to an Always On Availability Group again.
