Does the Schedule Instance Policy support boot sequences?

If an instance is utilizing the Schedule Instances Policy, will the instance's boot sequence run when the instance gets scheduled back online?

The Schedule Instance Policy will execute a start, which will then cause the server to executes its boot sequence.
