Secondary windows within App Portal are not being rendered correctly within Internet Explorer 11 browser after Microsoft Patch KB4012204 gets applied on the client machines

Cause

The latest Internet Explorer 11 security update KB4012204 introduces a regression bug with element height calculation in table cells in IE9 compatibility mode. If an element has its height set to 100% and the parent table/row/cell has an explicit or inherited height, then the element should size itself to the parent cell instead of only to its content.

Resolution

Microsoft has provided updated patches that resolves this issue.
