Synopsis

The App Portal logs capture all errors generated by the App Portal processes. The log files can be used to help diagnose the cause of unexpected behavior.

Discussion

Each App Portal process creates a separate log. App Portal provides functionality to copy all the current logs into a single compressed .zip file. This compressed file of logs can then be transmitted to Flexera Software Technical Support.
The compressed file will be created in Exports\AppPortalLogs.zip To create the single compressed .zip file containing the App Portal log files, please perform the following steps:
  1. Under the Admin tab, navigate to the Error Log view:
    Admin > Site Management > Error Log
  2. To compress and save the logs, click Save Logs
