Additional Information

Verbose is a common level to set, but Debug level logging should not be used in a Production setting unless explicitly instructed. The amount of logging performed can have an impact on overall performance.

Once logging is enabled and the issue is encountered, provide details of the issue and a full set of App Portal logs (minus any sub-folders) to the support engineer for further analysis. The logs are located on the App Portal server by default under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flexera Software\App Portal\Logs" folder.
