Discussion
With the latest release of System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft has rebranded SCCM as ConfigMgr starting with release v1511.
ConfigMgr will now have a continuous release cycle where new updates are pushed throughout the year. As such, ConfigMgr is used to identify the new versions moving forward. The version assigned to ConfigMgr indicates the year and month of release as yymm. For example, v1511 would represent November of 2015.
Beginning with App Portal 2015 R2 Service Pack 4, ConfigMgr is supported in v1511 and newer.
