The App Portal Website displays "The site is currently offline."


When under a Standard User/Normal user account with standard user privileges, The following error message is displayed when attempting to access the App Portal webpage:

"The site is currently offline"

7. Go back to the client machine, login as a standard user and attempt to access the App Portal webpage again.


The site has not yet been enabled for normal users/standard accounts. Make sure the "Enable Site" checkbox is marked in App Portal (log under administrator App Portal account) by following these steps:

1. Log under your administrator user account.

2. Login to the App Portal webpage.

3. Click on the "Admin" tab.

4. Under the Site Management, click on "Settings".

5. Click on the "General" tab and you should see an "Enable Site" option.

6. Mark the checkbox and click on the "Save" button (right above the General Tab).
