As it may result in duplicated efforts, please try to avoid opening a support case and a community post for the same question at the same time.
With regards to specifying user defined scheduling in ServiceNow, there is no way to do this.. The orders API used by ServiceNow to submit a request does not have the option to schedule a request.
if you go to "ideas" in the community, you can submit an enhancement for this.
