During checkout, allocate named user to license in FNMS

Is it possible for App Portal (V2017 R2) to allocate a license in FNMS for named user software when they check out?

As it stands now, this functionality is not available in App Portal.. I know that we do have a couple of open enhancements, requesting support for allocation, but these have not yet been implemented.
