Change SCCM Information for ESD Web Service

Is there any way to change the SCCM settings for the ESD Web Service without uninstalling and reinstalling?

The settings should be stored in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flexera Software\App Portal Web Service\web.config", on the Config Mgr server.

Charlie's response notwithstanding, uninstalling/reinstalling the ESD Web Service is quick, painless, and harmless.  It takes less than 5 minutes and impacts nothing else on that box.
