Namely, on the "Logon Information panel" of the install, uncheck the "validate Account and Password" checkbox and click Next to proceed with the installation. If you have this checkbox selected, then the installer uses the computer browser service to validate the account, but typically this service is disabled, or not installed. If the account can not be validated, then you will see the error you are seeing.
