App Portal gives error - Your system is not licensed to use this application

We switched to a user based license last week and it all seems good.  However, we have two users that we know of so far that can't access the App Portal.

They receive the message stating "Your system is not licensed to use this application."

We don't understand why.  They show in the WD_User table and in the Admin tab under Users as well as their computers.  We had them clear their cache, tried different browsers, rebooted.  No go!  One is a Mac (other Macs work) and one is a Windows 10 box.

Thanks!

Typically, this will occur if you have a licensed view/collection specified and the device is not part of the view/collection.. Go to settings->website->general, and be sure that you do not have anything specified for either licensed view or licensed collection.. Note that neither actually work for a user based license, so you are not loosing out on functionality.

Thanks Charles, we still had our limiting collection in there from when we were using device-based licensing. Like you said we thought it ignored that collection when it was user-based but removing it resolved our one-off issues!
is there any backend script to disable this feature if the only person having access is now unable to login because of this issue?
