We have Tabular editor set up in PFM, however the latest version in PFM is 2.19, whereas the vendor has 3.9 available on their site. Tabular Editor 3
Would we be able to update this in PFM?

I'm unable to download Installshield separately from the Product and License Center as the only option is for AdminStudio.
