While Workflow Manager is a very mature product that does what it does very well, it does not require frequent updates. However, I’m happy to announce a new version that addresses some bugs as well as minor enhancements requested by customers.
The following new enhancements are included in this WFM release:
- Two new columns – New Risk Date and New Due Data, are added to the Workflow Phase and Step SLA Status Reports. The New Risk Date and New Due Date are adjusted based on the sum of the stop time on the SLA clock at each workflow step.
- Support for Data Element in Approval Email Notification
This release also addresses the following bugs:
- The CreateDate value might show a different value on the All Workflow Request page
- Users should be able to see the Registration phase data for all the Workflows
- Phase and Step values would be disabled after completing a Workflow
- Users would sometimes see an incorrect sequence for a Workflow Step
- Some users were not able to see the first phase of a completed workflow
- Some columns were not visible when exporting to Excel
- Important security updates
