Whilst there is no option within the Adminstudio IDE to create a Software Repository post catalogue build, this can be achieved by directly editing the catalogue within SQL.
1. Open SQL Management Studio
2. Locate the relevant Database and navigate to table: cssysSoftRepAttributes
3. Within this table you should see the following options:

After saving the values in step 4, the Software Repository should now be created.
To test this, import an application into your catalogue via the Application Manager and then check the Software Repository location as specified in the RootDirectory column.
