StandaloneRepackager2019SP1.Exe is not working

Hi Team,

We have Admin Studio 2019 Sp1 in our organization.

We upgraded from 2015 to 2019 sp1. After upgrade Repackager is not working.

After Snapshot capture, we were not able to build IRP to ISM. It just build with no files.

Can we get a solution for this please?

There is a Standalone Repackager and a Repackager tool.

  • Standalone Repackager comes as a separate setup file along with AdminStudio, which will be installed on a different machine other AdminStudio machine
  • Repackage tool gets installed along with AdminStudio's installation. Repackager tool is one of the tools in AdminStudio suite of tools

Please confirm, if you are seeing this issue with Standalone Repackager or Repackager tool. We tried reproducing the issue on Standalone Repackager in our QA labs and the issue was not observed. All the files that were installed were captured by Standalone Repackager and output MSI file was built successfully. Also, please confirm, if you are using single snapshot method or multi-step snapshot method.
