Repackager High CPU Usage

Using AdminStudio 8.6.
Trying to repackage a fairly large program, 50,000+ files.

Repackager is getting to "Creating components for the files captured" and it is utilizing 98+% CPU and 145,000+K Memory, and grows consisntently, sits there for as long as you leave it running... Never finishes.

And help on this would be great.

Well it actually finished after 24 hours.... is this normal, is there anyway to tell it before it builds that it is a larger project, so that it doesnt have to do the extra calculations???
