Problem importing applications in Application Mgr

Hi,
I'm trying to import applications into Application Manager, but it fails.
Does any one know what causes imports to fail?
The error message doesn't say anything useful.

Thanks

Hi,

If you have a maintenance plan, then please open up a support ticket, and the support team can help you.

Else, set the debugloglevel to 5. Refer to this article for more information --> http://helpnet.flexerasoftware.com/adminstudio2013r2/adminstudio_CSH.htm#ashelplibrary/ASIDETaskDebugLog.htm. Then restart AS, AdminStudioHost process, and attempt to import the app again. When the failure occurs, look at the ISCMIDE.log and AdminStudioHost.log, located under the ConflictSolver sub folder under the AS install location.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!
Thanks.

I still don't know what to do though

Thanks again.

Hi,

Are you using AS Pro? If so, apply the hotfix from this article --> https://flexeracommunity.force.com/customer/articles/en_US/ISSUE/000017042.
