How to download without download manager

How can you download without using download manager? as this seems to be blocked?

If need to use a proxy, then how do you configure this with download manager?

If you're speaking about the Download Manager within the Flexera Product and License Center, (PLC) you have several options to download the product if the Download Manager does not work for you. More information can be found in the PLC documentation here.

You can bypass the download manager in the Product and License Center by selecting the blue hyperlinked file name. This will start an HTTPs downloads but each file will need to be downloaded separately. .
