Could you please let me know if there are two version of the same application in the conflict resolver database if there any harm with it?

Hi Sumit,

ACE 07 conflict occurs when you have the same executable file present in two or more packages and when the component GUID is different.

To resolve this, you may have to look at the component sharing rules. In short, keep the same GUID for all the components which contains the common executable file in all the packages.
