1. Click on ?HOME? tab of Salesforce
2. Click on image next to name (may be blue smiley face if user has not uploaded photo)
3. Click on ?Overview? tab
4. Click on ?Show All? next to ?Following?
5. Click on filter dropdown and select ?Case?
