Identified Vulnerability
A vulnerability was identified in the License Server due to the use of an outdated DLL file: libssl-1_1.dll. This posed a potential security risk and required immediate attention.
Resolution and Upgrade
Our team has successfully fixed the issue. As part of this, the vulnerable libssl-1_1.dll has been replaced with the secure and updated libssl-3-x64.dll.
Security Validation
Following the upgrade, we conducted a comprehensive scan on the updated License Server. The scan confirmed that the previously reported vulnerability has been fully resolved.
Deployment and Customer Action
The updated and secure License Server has now been deployed and replaced in PLC (Product and License Center). We encourage all customers to download and install the latest License Server, which is now available on the PLC (Product and License Center). This ensures your systems remain secure and up to date.
