Software Repository Catalog Warning message dialog box - "You have specified a location on the local machine. Other users will not be able to access this path...." will be displayed.

Symptoms:

A warning message will be displayed as in below screenshot while trying to create a software repository catalog if software repository location is a local path.

Diagnosis:

While trying to create a new AdminStudio catalog with Software repository enabled, and when software repository location is specified with a local path instead of the Network path.

Solution:

To avoid displaying such warning message, specify the Software Repository location with a network path and proxy account credentials to access the specified network path for the repository.
